Dolvett Quince has achieved national notoriety as one of the current trainers featured on “The Biggest Loser”, and has been on the fitness TV show for six seasons. Dolvett Quince has become of the most in-demand American fitness specialists due to his his passion, regimen and dramatic fitness results.
Dolvett Quince was born in Stamford, Connecticut before later moving south to Florida, where he finished high school. Dolvett then moved to Atlanta to pursue his passion for fitness and established his own studio and began his journey to make himself a leader in the health and fitness field. In 2004, Dolvett opened Body Sculptor, a personal training studio located in Atlanta with a mission of "changing lives one rep at a time." Dolvett Quince created an exercise system at Body Sculptor called Pure Energy, where high-intensity training class is combined with a live DJ.
His approach to fitness then inspired the launch of his "Me and My Chair: The No Excuses Workout," a 30-minute high-intensity, low-impact workout DVD that helps users lose weight and gain muscle using only a household chair. Soon after his success with this DVD workout, Dolvett asked to become a cast member on "The Biggest Loser."
Dolvett Quince is also a New York Times best-selling author. His first book was published in 2013 and was titled "The 3-1-2-1 Diet: Eat and Cheat Your Way to Weight Loss - Up to 10 Pounds in 21 Days." Dolvett is strong supporter of charities and “giving back” and is an active supporter of non-profit organizations including Adoption Discovery and also the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption. Dolvett currently lives in Los Angeles and enjoys time with his son, Isiah.
