The multi-versatile entertainer Kevin Smith made a special appearance in Breckenridge, Colorado yesterday. He was part of the Breck Create Speaker Series.

From 7-10:30 p.m., Smith took the stage at the Riverwalk Center. Tickets for "An Evening with Kevin Smith" cost attendees $35-$45. 

Smith's one-man show was a full of stories about filmmaking, celebrities and pop culture references. He also answered questions from the audience. 

In 1994, Smith rose to fame with the film "Clerks." The low-budget picture he wrote, directed, co-produced and played a starring role in became a cult classic. 

Smith's "Silent Bob" character that arose from Clerks has made an appearance in several other movies. He owns a comic book store in New Jersey called Jay & Silent Bob's Secret Stash. 

Outside of the film world, Smith hosts the movie review TV show "Spoilers." He is also a well-known podcaster that delivers his content on several different platforms.
